Title: Mission statement

As for me and my household, we will serve the LORD. – Joshua 24:15

We have a class we do for men at Grace Chapel called the Spiritual Leadership Course. One thing we cover is creating a mission statement for your family. Every man in the course works on a mission statement and values they want to live by. It’s easy for a family to go through the motions and live life. When a family firmly places their values and actions in service to the Lord, that’s when things move to another level.

Many families today make choices to live for sports, their kids, school, grades, etc. None of those things is wrong in and of themselves, but what if a family is genuinely committed to serving Jesus first in every aspect of all those things? To serve as a family in a broken world, love and strive to bring heaven to earth?

Real Men lead their families to serve the Lord.
